About Us
Karen Meyer is the owner and founder of her women-owned bookkeeping business, created to provide reliable and flexible support for churches, non-profits, and small businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and has spent over 12 years in bookkeeping and more than 20 years in payroll, much of it working in church finance departments.
While raising three active children, Karen worked part-time in church finance, gaining extensive experience in payroll, accounts management, and financial operations. Inspired by a season of life that allowed for more flexibility, she transitioned into virtual bookkeeping, combining her expertise with a passion for helping organizations manage their finances accurately and efficiently.
Karen’s experience spans accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and budgeting across a variety of organizations, including churches, a psychology practice, and an industrial wholesaler. She takes a personalized approach to each client, creating systems that fit their unique needs while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and financial stability.
Operating independently, Karen is committed to delivering attentive, high-quality service. Her mission is simple: to help churches, non-profits, and small businesses stay organized financially so they can focus on growth, serving their communities, and making a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys family time, traveling, camping, participating in community events, book groups, and relaxing by the lake.
